Remo Cavallini Album ReleaseConcert
Luxembourg's bluesman from down south, Remo Cavallini, will celebrate the release of his new album "The Last Blues From 29" on Saturday, 14 October 2017 at the Club of the Rockhal. Together with his local buddies Heavy Petrol, Cleanhead and Cosa Nostra, they will invade the stage for an evening of Blues power tunes!
Rough sounds and explosive guitars alternating between soft and roaring passages: "The Last Blues from 29" has everything to please the adepts of the six string!
Remo Cavallini is one of Luxembourg's most productive and gifted blues guitarists and songwriters. Since January 2009 he is the General Manager of the Blues School in Differdange and later that year he founded the Remo Cavallini Band and released his first album "Authentic South" followed by "Self Control", which he released at the Rockhal in 2014. His style of music is most definitely rooted in blues, but he often blends in elements of other genres such as rock, jazz and funk. His guitar-playing is influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, Peter Green, Albert Collins and Gary Moore . Up to now, he has supported acts such as Ten Years After, Johnny Winter, Steve Lukather, Lucky Peterson, ZZ Top, Louisiana Red, Scott Henderson and other blues legends.
